Having decided to buy a villa in Moraira we started to engage with several local agents. We spoke to Jo at Watkins Wilson early on. When we decided to check out a move to Moraira we sent an email to a number of estate agents in Moraira, explaining not only our criteria for the desired type of property etc, but also informing them of the fact that we were only going to work with a single pro-active company. Some responses were, let’s be kind…..limited, with some others simply replying with a link to their respective web sites, and others where our email must have been lost in the ether! However head and shoulders above everyone was the prompt telephone call and subsequent discussions with Jo Edwards. We explained our plans, timelines and budget, and that as we hadn’t actually visited Moraira before, (another story) we would need to rely on her trust, guidance and professionalism. When we arrived to view properties Jo had selected a number of properties over and above the list we had sent to her. Cutting a long story short, we eventually purchased a property from her list, not ours! Throughout the process Jo was incredibly helpful and she worked very hard to understand our needs, and not just simply try to “sell us a house”.
