Having decided to buy a villa in Moraira we started to engage with several local agents. We spoke to Jo at Watkins Wilson early on. Jo listened very carefully to our needs, challenging our assumptions to positive effect, and set about a careful selection of villas for us to view on a week long visit. Other agents had been plying us with irrelevant properties, whilst Jo’s approach led us to finding exactly the right villa and making an offer by the end of that week. When we decided to check out a move to Moraira we sent an email to a number of estate agents in Moraira, explaining not only our criteria for the desired type of property etc, but also informing them of the fact that we were only going to work with a single pro-active company. Some responses were, let’s be kind…..limited, with some others simply replying with a link to their respective web sites, and others where our email must have been lost in the ether! However head and shoulders above everyone was the prompt telephone call and subsequent discussions with Jo Edwards. Selling a property in Spain can be quite a daunting and stressful experience, choosing the right agent is the most important decision you will make. That was made easy for us by Jo, who impressed us with her warm and friendly attitude but very factual and professional approach to the selling process. Along with Ana who has such a vast knowledge of the Cumbre area and a hugely positive outlook, which is so reassuring, if there are any hiccups along the way.
