We successfully purchased our Spanish bungalow in Moraira on the 1st October of this year (2018). The sale went through smoothly due to the professional, honest and friendly services of Eric and Richard. The previous owner had bought the property from Watkins & Wilson and when after 11 years of owning the bungalow he wished to sell it on, he gave the exclusive selling rights to this reliable real estate team. When we decided to check out a move to Moraira we sent an email to a number of estate agents in Moraira, explaining not only our criteria for the desired type of property etc, but also informing them of the fact that we were only going to work with a single pro-active company.
