Plots for sale in Moraira. A choice of ten building plots ranging in size from 811 to 967 square metres with good sea views on lower Benimeit in Moraira. Most of the plots are free of a builder so that you may choose your own builder. We will be happy to make recommendations of various reliable building companies who will give a no obligation quote to build your house. The remaining plots are tied to a particular builder. The infrastructure is now nearing completion with roads, street lighting, pavements and all mains services hidden underground with no visible cables. Prices of the plots range from 304,000 Euros to 360,000 Euros. The size of the villa for each plot is restricted to approximately one third of the plot size. Other planning restrictions also apply regarding height of the building and distance from the boundaries but you are free to choose whatever style of villa you wish. The villa shown is just an example of one of the villas being built here. A typical, finished, luxury, three bedroom, two bathroom villa with a swimming pool will cost in the region of 350.000 Euros plus IVA, plus the cost of the plot. A budget of a minimum of 650.000 Euros will be needed to build on these very special plots.
