When we decided to check out a move to Moraira we sent an email to a number of estate agents in Moraira, explaining not only our criteria for the desired type of property etc, but also informing them of the fact that we were only going to work with a single pro-active company. Some responses were, let’s be kind…..limited, with some others simply replying with a link to their respective web sites, and others where our email must have been lost in the ether! When we arrived to view properties Jo had selected a number of properties over and above the list we had sent to her. Cutting a long story short, we eventually purchased a property from her list, not ours! Throughout the process Jo was incredibly helpful and she worked very hard to understand our needs, and not just simply try to “sell us a house”. We both agree that Jo is not only a credit to herself, but also a huge asset to Watkins Wilson, and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to buy a property in Moraira.
